Apsley Hill is a collection of four short term rental properties located in the Hudson Valley, New York

Our original property, Apsley Hill Farm, is a reimagined 18th century dairy farm in Hyde Park, Dutchess County. Situated on 25 acres, the estate consists of three properties - a modern converted barn, guest cottage (known as The Hudson Tiny House) and a rustic treehouse.

In 2025, we renovated our fourth property in Rosendale, Ulster County. Known as ‘The Rosendale Cottage’, the house was built 1840 and sits on 1.5, overlooking a private pool. One of only a few remaining Lock Tender Houses left on the East Coast.

All the properties are available for short- medium term rental together or separately. We also offer event hosting opportunities, including small weddings on the grounds, wellness retreats, corporate photo shoots and other gatherings.
