Availability & Prices

All three properties are available for short- medium term rental throughout the year. They can be booked together or separately. If you are looking to host an event, please contact us for more information.

Please note, if you rent the modern barn, other guests may be staying in the other two other properties during your stay. The properties are spread out across 25 acres, the guest cottage is visible from the main house, the treehouse is not.

The Modern Barn
Available all year round including public holidays

Guest Cottage
Available March- November including public holidays

Treehouse
Available April - November (weather permitting) including public holidays

Nightly prices vary depending on the time of year, which property you want to rent and the length of stay. Please note we charge an additional fee for cleaning, pets and a security deposit for the modern barn, regardless of the number of guests.

The main house typically rents for $750- $1300 per night, the guest cottage $200-$375 and the treehouse $150- $300. For up to date availability please refer to our Airbnb listings
